We have a new spin room. Spin bike is a great cardio work out. Our classes are video driven so that you do not have to wait for an instructor or class.
There are six different videos to choose from including traditional class room environment or actual over the road rides in different parts of the country including California, Las Vegas, Rocky Mountains and the hills of North Carolina.
